It depends on the type of event and the amount of people attending. As a rule of thumb, we recommend calling us 6 months in advance. However, we understand this is not always possible. Our team will do its best to accommodate within your timeline, please reach out with any questions.

We plan Corporate Events such as internal company events, business dinners, networking events, seminars, conferences, retreats, fundraisers, charity events, and company parties.
3) Can you work with a budget? Most definitely! We can also help build a budget if you are unfamiliar with local pricing.
4) What area do you service? Sunny South Florida! Miami Dade and Broward counties.
